If you want to build a strong, healthy body that carries you into your 70s, 80s, 90s, and beyond, and you want to keep improving instead of slowing down as you get older, you’re in the right place.
Heather has been practicing yoga since 2010 and teaching since completing her yoga teacher training in 2022. Her approach blends yoga, mobility training, breathwork, recovery, strength training principles, mindfulness, and longevity-focused wellness into a realistic system for active adults over 40.
After losing more than 60 pounds in her mid-40s (hello peri-menopause!) Heather became passionate about helping others build strong, capable bodies for the long game, without extremes or starting over.
Some classes focus on mobility, recovery, and stress relief. Others challenge balance, flexibility, coordination, core stability, and full-body strength. You’ll also find opportunities to explore fun, skill-based movement like arm balances, inversions, and backbends because learning new things and challenging your body should still feel exciting as you get older.
Heather is also a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, Certified Mindfulness Coach, competitive athlete, hiker, and lifelong fitness enthusiast who has been training seriously for more than 30 years.
